Processing Time
We hand-pack and ship all orders from our studio with attention to detail. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.
During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@melihacandles.com.
Shipping Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Meliha Candles is not responsible for:

Damaged or Lost Packages
