Meliha Candles – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to fall in love with every Meliha piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💫 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in new, unused condition

• All original packaging must be intact (including boxes, cotton bags, and tags)

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@melihacandles.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different scent or product, we’re happy to assist just reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the item and packaging, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
